Born and raised in the Quincy, IL area. Graduate of Payson Seymour 2002 and a 2008 SIUE Graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Construction management and Business. Employed by the City of Quincy for 12 years primarily as a water billing clerk. Started Secretary Treasurer position August 2023.
